At Liatris Pool Villa Resort, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Liatris Pool Villa Resort may revise these rules and policies when necessary, depending on operational needs or unforeseen circumstances, and any updates will be applicable at the time of booking. 

1. Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation:
  Cancellations made 30 before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
  
  

• Partial Refund:
  Cancellations made14 before check-in may be subject to a partial charge.
  
  

• No Refund:
  Cancellations made within 14 of the check-in date or no-shows are non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  
  

• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
  
  

• Any transaction or gateway charges may be deducted where applicable.
  
  

3. Modification of Booking

• Date changes or modifications are subject to availability.
  
  

• Any difference in tariff must be paid by the guest.
  
  

• Modified bookings may follow revised cancellation rules.
  
  

4. Early Departure

• No refunds will be issued for early check-outs or unused nights.
  
  

5. Force Majeure

Liatris Pool Villa Resort shall not be held responsible for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Refund Eligibility Exceptions

Refunds will not be applicable in cases of:

• Violation of resort rules
